At Zette, we abide by the “grandma rule” for internal and external deliverables. In other words: Would you have to explain this multiple times to your grandma? Or can even your grandma understand what this is? If she can’t, we keep simplifying until she can!
2. Lead with Love:
What does it mean to love your work, and what does it mean to lead with love? At Zette, we prioritize compassion, humility, and integrity in all our interactions, whether it’s with our team members, publishers, or our audience. Our goal is to create a positive experience for everyone involved in Zette, leaving a lasting impact on both individuals and society at large.
In a world where kindness can be seen as a weakness, we embrace it as our greatest strength. We fully believe that it’s possible to marry purpose with profit on our path to building a better world.
3. Excellence is Mundane:
In “The Mundanity of Excellence,” a sociologist noted that some swimmers will swim for 10 years and never exit the amateur leagues, while others could swim for the same amount of time and break Olympic records.

Surprisingly, it wasn’t just the amount of time spent practicing. It was attention to detail. Because the pros always practiced the little things correctly every time, the differences compounded over the years until they became simply unbeatable.
